Items purchased from Bodic are eligible for return or exchange if returned within 7 days of delivery.

Free Exchanges

We accept exchanges free of cost. This means you won’t be charged extra to exchange your product(s). It’s on us! We want your experience to be smooth and hassle-free.

Easy Returns

For Prepaid Orders – The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, etc.).

For Cash on Delivery Orders – The order amount will be refunded to your bank account. You can provide your bank or UPI details. Please note: COD charges are non-refundable.

Exchange For Something Else?

In case of an exchange, you’re also allowed to choose a different product. If the replacement item costs more than the previously purchased one, you can pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance will be refunded to you as a gift card for future purchases.
