Refund & Return Policy – Bodic
At Bodic, we’re committed to delivering premium quality and customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process. Please read the policy details below:

🏠 Domestic Orders (India)
⏳ Return/Exchange Timeframe:
You may return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you receive an incorrect item or if something is missing, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video (uninterrupted and showing the package being opened) is mandatory to claim a return or exchange for such cases.

🔄 Reverse Pickup Process
Reverse pickup will be arranged by us at no extra charge.
Only one reverse pickup per order is allowed.
Reverse pickup is subject to courier service availability at your pin code.
In case reverse pickup isn’t available, you may be requested to self-ship the item via a reliable courier.
If pickup is not completed within 24–48 hours of approval, please contact us for re-initiation.
(Delays beyond our control may happen. Not informing us within the 7-day window may lead to cancellation of the request.)

💸 Refunds
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
₹49 COD charges will be deducted; the rest will be refunded.
For Prepaid orders:
A 3% processing fee will be deducted; the remaining will be refunded.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased under 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
Innerwear is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, in line with hygiene standards.

🛒 First Order Return/Exchange
Your first order is eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be processed as per the terms above.

🌍 International Orders
We do not accept returns for international orders.
For defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@bodic.in for next steps.
In case of serious manufacturing defects, the product price will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.
